Hide Journal Fields from Agent Workspace Form Pane and only show them in Activity Stream Pane

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to exclusively show Work Notes and Additional Comment in the Activity Stream Pane of the Agent Workspace and not in the Form Pane?

When trying to hide those fields from the Form Pane via UI Policy, the fields disappear from the Activity Stream Pane as well.
I've also tried to remove the journal fields with a Workspace View Rule, but the "Hide Journal Input Fields" Option on the View Rule doesn't seem to have any effect.

Hi Maik,

thanks for your response.
Unfortunately the "Hide Journal Input Fields" Option on the View Rule doesn't seem to have any effect.
The journal field remains in the Form Pane.
