Hide parent catalog in service portal?

Hello,

 

I have standard change managment where we have  multiple catalog iteams.
Those are available to submit in portal. I dodn't want to display in service portal.
I am going and hiding each catalog, my organization team leands creates multiple catalog items for standard chnages.
It is very difficult track and hide individual catalog item.

Is there any way to  hide parent standard change catalog?

 

Please advice much appreciate!

Hi @Kanna12 how catalogs are displayed in Portal? Are you using taxonomy?

Go to maintain category & mark active = False

Thank you for response.
If i inactivate the standard chnages Service catalog. ITIL users are not able to see the standard catalog templates in SN devloper instance when they click standard change from interceptor.
It showing unauthorized.
