I have searched around and found plenty of information on how to delete the price on the portal page for all items, but wondered if there is a way to delete the price for a single catalog item?
I have built a catalog item, and it is showing the price on the portal page. I just need to delete this item's price and not all the others as some pages need the pricing. I have gone through maintain items>"My item name" and selected "Omit Price in Cart", "No Quantity" and "no Cart" but the price is still showing.
Any ideas on how to hide it for this single item?

I am assuming if I leave the box unchecked that will = false - but the price is still showing up whether I check the box or leave it unchecked.

You are right. If the box is unchecked the value will be false, but I tried this on J instance and was able to get it working. Which release is your instance on?

We are on Jakarta. I figured out if I set the Price to $0 it removed the price from the portal page. The REQ it generates was auto approved still but the RITM generated from that still requires approval which is ok. So in essence I got it to work as needed accidentally LOL.
Thanks for the help again!

Thanks for the update Kris. You are right. I was testing this on normal UI with the above changes. For Service portal, it works when the price is set to $0. I'm glad your issue is resolved.
