Hide/Remove certain tabs in HR Agent Workspace

Hi all,

 

I need to hide/remove the "Interactions" tab in the HR Agent Workspace when looking at a case.

Any guidance would be really appreciated

Hi AG,

somewhat helps.. I can't seem to find anything related to the "Interactions" and "Emergency Contacts" tabs.

I would need to deactivate these 2.

Solution by AG worked for me, Follow his screenshots and then when you click on Configure Page you will see the following menu:

 

- Form Header

- Action Bar Configuration

- All Actions

- Ribbon

- Form Layout

- Related Lists

 

Click on "Related Lists" and you will be able to remove/add tabs.

Make sure that this is the view name you would like to update. Remove "Interaction" from the List Collector from the right column to the left one. Click "Save".

Refresh the case on the Workspace so there is no longer "Interaction" tab in between "Cases Opened for User" and "Tasks SLAs" tabs
