Hide tab of Contextual Sidebar in SOW based on role

Hi Everyone - I am working on hiding the contextual sidebar tabs in sow based on user role. For ex - itil user can only see the attachment on there right sidebar.  Based on the below prod doc link. I followed steps but I am unable to achieve it.  Thanks in advance.

I was able to hide it by creating the audience by adding the roles  and then adding audience to the screen applicabilities.
