Hide UI Action form button from appearing twice (hide the bottom one)

Hey guys!

Is there a way to hide the second UI Action form bottom? In my case it's called "Scrolla till botten" (translated: "Scroll to bottom").

The second duplicate at the bottom serves no purpose, as the button is mean to direct the user to the bottom.

if it did not work ( my gut feeling, it will not work ) then no way.

Then i think its OOTB only, it will show at both, we can hide.
