Hide Ui actions on incident form in service operations workspace

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me how to hide create change request dropdown button on incident form, i have hided all the related ui actions but it is still showing for me.

Hi @Mahesh Pydisett ,

Hope you are doing well.

From the UI action form just uncheck workspace form button checkbox, it will be removed from the workspace

Go to UX Form actions from Navigator and deactivate the create change request button on incident table as shown below

thx, this helped to me.

FYI - to hide in SOW  UX Form Actions "Resolve" didnt worked untill I had to disable also Its action assignment.
