Hello @SamJam,
Youll need to create a Catalog UI Policy, just like this:
Make sure to leave the first checkbox true and the requested item one false, also don't forget to add your condition.

checked your previous reply as below - seems like your issue resolved
"I tried this without condition its working fine but if i try to add condition where (even tht condition is visible only in task level) its working as expected"
If not, share the screen shot of the variable definition, regarding the condition on UI policy, condition also required a variable & value for execution ( true/false).
For Task level UI Policy execution, checked those two option given by Marcos.
