Hiding Additional comments.

Hi,

I'm new to developing on Service Now and have come across a problem and cant seem to find away around it.

I have a form / table which extends the Task table. On the form i have an Additional Comments and an Activities (filtered)(formatter)

When we enter any additional comments, they appear in the activities section (good) but also appear below the activities (bad)

How do I make the extra comments disappear?

Hi Chris,

configure form layout>> and search in slush bucket "Comments and work notes" move it from selected to available in slush bucket.

Im trying to hide the comments list. They appear in the journal and in a list of their own below the journal.

you want to only hide comments not work notes because if i notices here below work notes and comments both get updated

if you will follow the above reply that i sent it will remove both of them
