Hiding/Removing Pinned Articles from Related Search Results in Agent Workspace

Hey Everyone, 

I have a requirement to remove Pinned Articles option from Related Search Results. 

I've tried Contextual Search ---> Table Configuration. It doesn't work.  Any other options? 

What are the other options?

HI @Community Alums follow these steps, this will resolve your issue

1. Navigate to Table Configuration from menu.

2. Find the record where (Name is TableName on which table you want to remove Search Resource Config , Title is Agent Assist).

3. Open search context specified from that record.

4. Deactivate the resource configuration that are not need from the additional resource configuration tab.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, I do not have those options available and pinned articles isn't one of them. 

I want to remove Pinned Articles. Do you know how to do it or what are my other options?
