Highlight or show a field in red for importance?

Is there a way to make a field letter red or show it in a way that will stand out to let users know this user is flagged as "priority"
(see attached below)
I created a UI policy to show when a caller who is elite a field will display for visual identification but the request is to make it red.
any assistance would be great

No the VIP flag was actually not needed in this case due to several options of priority. Elite being the most important and that's why its wanted to be in red. . The request was for a label that will display for a larger visual identification.

When ever value is Elite the background wil be red.

Hi is there way to do this? I'm not sure if you left instructions on how to turn the background red. also this is a choice field and a custom field from the user table. want to show it red on thee incident table.
