Highlight or show a field in red for importance?

Is there a way to make a field letter red or show it in a way that will stand out to let users know this user is flagged as "priority" 

(see attached below)

 

I created a UI policy to show when a caller who is elite a field will display for visual identification but the request is to make it red. 

any assistance would be great

i have the screen shot below and  used two different styles to see if they would display and neither work. 

do you know if this applies to a choice field type and to customs fields

You can open list of existing UI Styles on Incident page and replicate for caller field.

Just replace the instancename with correct instancename.
