Highlight or show a field in red for importance?

Is there a way to make a field letter red or show it in a way that will stand out to let users know this user is flagged as "priority" 

(see attached below)

I created a UI policy to show when a caller who is elite a field will display for visual identification but the request is to make it red. 

any assistance would be great

Hi i applied this to the field but nothing changed. do you know if this applies to a choice field type

and/or custom field

This is a new user record and a OOB field. it works for this

and it is not working for custom field? Please check the syntax once again.

Yeah its not seeming to work for tis field. just tried it again
