You created a new portal, but did you create new pages or widgets for your portal? If the answer is no, it means you're using OOTB pages and widgets. These widgets can be used across other portals as well, so any changes made to OOTB pages and widgets will reflect everywhere. This is expected behavior. In your case, it’s better to clone the page and make changes in the cloned pages instead.
