Hint in field label

Hi,

i was using the state field in change request table and the state field is extended from task table. I have kept some data on the hint field. 

Problem is the hint is visible on all the tables in INC, PRB and SC as the parent table is task. How to override this and set the hint only on change table state field.

Create a entry in Label table for this field for CHange table. Provide the hint here. This will only be applicable for CHange request table.
