When a field is displayed in the list view, there is a percentage of screen that field will have reserved for it. If the data to be displayed in the field is longer than the designed length, then a tool tip should show the full information for that field so upon mouse over, the user can see the full details of that field.
Tried using title but not working for dynamic values.
