How to Add a visible button or text label to the topics menu with the title: "Submit Request".
This item must not be a dropdown or contain any submenus.

Hi @BiswajitD,

In your screenshot the menus are Parent taxonomies, select one and you can add a quick link under any of these. I don't think you can get there a shortcut button to that banner.

There could be done to an announcement, I use to have it there always (you can add text):

This would be to add a link to under some of the Parent taxonomy topics, if it doesn't suite you, what about a widget like the homepage one maybe?
