There is no Apptio plugin that I'm aware of.

Thank you, Hari! My biggest concern is the weather related to traveling tonight and tomorrow. Next week is my last one for a while in Phoenix. It will feel like a homecoming. Will you be attending any SNUG meetings?

An integration was created between Apptio and ServiceNow but that was built by Apptio and it is not maintained by ServiceNow.   There used to be information about it on the ServiceNow store but I don't see it any longer.   Regardless I would suggest contacting your Apptio rep about the integration since they are the maintainers of it.
