Apptio includes an out of the box integration to ServiceNow (disclosure, I work for Apptio). We test against new releases of ServiceNow regularly to ensure it works with currently supported versions. The integration comes as part of Apptio's TBM suite of products within our DataLink capability to grab data from a variety of IT systems, including ServiceNow. Its a pretty easy wizard-driven experience to get pretty much any data out of ServiceNow and into Apptio.
