You need to go to System Definition > Tables & Columns.
Select the table under the Table Names list and click the Schema Map button at the bottom.

The schema map is showing the relationship among tables (sys_db_object). I want to know that is there any mapping between sys_db_object ans sys_plugins or sys_app_application and sys_app_module.
Actually I want to know the plugin name to which the table sys_user is mapped.

For that you need to go to System Definition > Relationships
