How can I add a catalog item to the Popular Items list on the Catalog page in the Service Portal?

Hi All,

I need to add another item to the Popular item list on the Service Portal:

https://yoursite.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_home

We have a list that shows up but I do not know where to add a new one.

Popular items is per user and is based on how often someone orders that item. I don't think you can add something to it. At least not without cloning it and making you own copy to force items you want to show for everybody.
