How can I add a hyperlink to my banner logo on my portal page?

Does anyone know how to add a hyperlink to the banner logo. 

There is a hyperlink already there, because when I double click on ServiceNow, it takes to me to a different location. 

So, I really need to be able to edit that URL so that I can direct users to a certain page.

Yes DP we cannot and it is not recommended to do such customisation..!! Mark correct and helpful if it helped you. Regards, Chalan
