How can I add additional fields to "Transfer Case" feature in HR Case form?

Hi Everyone,

In addition to the OOTB transfer case options (Transfer case with existing number and Transfer to a new case number) I want to add two new fields "Transfer Reason" and "Department" in yellow highlighted area refer below screenshot, And I want to make these two fields mandatory and after clicking on "OK" I should populate both Transfer Reason and Department field details into Additional Comments.

Any idea on this requirement on HR Case?

Hi,

you will have to update the OOB ui page -> Transfer Case
