How can I add Survey Scorecard to a dashboard?

Hi guys, 

Do you know how to add a survey scorecard to a dashboard? 

I don't want to grant 'survey_viewer' role to this specific group of users, so I thought I'll add the scorecard to the dashboard, but I don't know how..

Or is there any other option to access the scorecard without 'survey_viewer' role?

I don't find anything with the indicator score.

I  don't have "Pages". I may not have access to Pages. I do, however, have the ability to add a widget to my Dashboard. When I select Reports, and then change to Created by Anyone and look for Score, I come up with a bunch of things, but nothing that resembles "Indicator Score". Is that a report that you created? If so, can you share how that report was created?
