Performance Analytics - Report not showing monthly breakup rather showing Cumulative

1. Created a data source using asmt_metric_result
2. Created to indicators, using the same data source, one is denomninator and one is numeration
3. Created a formula indicator and provided the forumla that is numeration/Denominator
In the screenshot that I gave, the numerator is CSAT Survey (Satisfied + Satisfied) and denominator is CSAT Survey
4. When to the platform analytics dashboard, and made the configurations as in the second screenshot.
Ideally I need to get a monthly breakup of the data, however it is showing cumulative, like in march month, I only need to see March data, but it is showing January and Feb data too.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @AnupKumarM,

You’re seeing cumulative values because your indicator is aggregating data across months instead of per month.
ServiceNow is basically calculating Jan + Feb + Mar instead of only March data.

This usually happens when the time field or data collection is not set correctly.
Make sure your indicator source has a proper date field and is collecting per period (monthly/daily).

Your formula is correct; you just need to fix the time series configuration. 😉

Let me know if this works!!! 😀
