How can I add the "add to cart" option for an item thru the list view

I want to add the "Add to Cart" option for specific items.

Can I do this thru the list view?

I added Cart to the personalized list - just not sure which macro to add or does this have to be accomplished some other way.

Ah ok there is a system property for "two step checkout" that you need to enable. Now this setting affects your entire catalog and users will be forced to the shopping cart for all orders except those that they click "Order Now", so make sure you thoroughly test this change.

Navigate to Service Catalog \ Catalog Administration \ Properties and in the upper middle you will see the following. Check the box and save.

Karen, are you trying to set which items can be added to a cart and which ones cannot? If so there is a "no_cart" attribute on every catalog item that you can set for those that you don't want to be added to a shopping cart.

Hi Michael thank you for responding so quickly.

I might have asked my question incorrectly - I want to be able to Add and individual item to the cart and then Continue Shopping for other times before proceeding to the Checkout page.

Hum, not sure I follow as that is out of the box functionality. When you navigate to the catalog or portal you have the ability to "order" a catalog item, fill in the required details and add it to the cart. Once done submit it.
