Hello @vijani 

1. Navigate to search sources table ( sys_search_source.list ) 

 

2. Create a search source for the table that you need to add to the global search in agent workspace.

 

3. Now, navigate to the Agent Workspace > Search Configuration

 

4. In the search configuration, click on "New" beside Application Search Sources.

 

5. Now on the new record, add the search source created in step 2 to the source field.

 

6. Save the form and verify the behavior on Agent workspace, now the global search should show results for the newly created search source too.
