How can I automatically apply a completed Risk Assessment when a Change Request is opened?

Hi.  I have a number of templates that trigger a Change Request every month, all with a specific phrase in the Short Description.  Once the CR is created, someone has to manually go in to each CR and click the 'Fill out Risk Assessment' related link, then answer a series of questions, and submit the Risk Assessment.  This needs to be completed before approval can be requested.  Once the Risk Assessment is submitted, it appears in the 'Risk Assessment' related list, and the 'Risk' is calculated on the CR.  Since the answers and result of the Risk Assessment is always the same for these CRs, it is not necessary for each to be reviewed.


I would like to automatically complete the Risk Assessment for them.  Anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

You can use a combination of a business rule and a script include. The business rule should trigger when a new CR is raised, and then the script include would handle the automation of the risk assessment process.

I've created created and adjusted a Business Rule and Script Include but it is not working.  The Risk value is updated on the Change Request, but it does not complete or add the Risk Assessment. 

 

Does anyone have any tips on how these need to be set up to actually create the Risk Assessment, answer the questions, and associate it to the Change Request?
