How can I automatically run the processing script in a UI page without having to submit anything in the HTML portion?
I have the UI page below (inserted screenshot) - I am essentially trying to include a link in an email notification that will allow users to click on it and to open a UI page which runs the processing script and automatically redirects to the record that it processed.
I am not very familiar with Jelly, and the way that I have it set up right now, the processing script only runs if the user clicks the 'OK' button on the HTML portion that gets rendered on the UI page. How can I set up the UI page to temporarily (or not at all) display a message with something along the lines of 'You have accepted INC00xxxxx' which will then run the processing script and assign the incident to the logged in user, as well as redirect to that incident record?
Thanks,
Chris

Hey Jace,
Unfortunately, this link doesn't work with the new version of the community. Any chance you can help me find the original post or you can help me with the solution?
Thanks in advance!

I can't. The community broke the links. I'm sorry.
