How can I confirm the transmission of the email notification function?

Hi.


■ Situation.
My company uses Vancouver Virsion from Service Now.

We are developing a process that uses the notification function to send an Email to the table administrator when a record in the table is updated.

Tests have been carried out on an instance that has been prepared for development.
(FYI: In addition to the development instance, we also have instances for production and verification).

We have updated the table, the notification function has been executed and we have confirmed that the emails were sent on Service Now,
However, the email was not sent to the actual email address.

The email address is my email address.


Questions
(1) Is this a development instance and therefore no email was sent to the email address?
 In the production instance, can I actually send an Email to the Email address? What settings should I look at to confirm this?
(2)Is it possible to test sending to the actual destination email address? In this case, what settings are necessary?


The attached EXCEL file contains the notification settings and the results of the Email Sent check.

メールを送らない設定にしているのだと思います。受信箱で確認すれば良いです。
