How can I control the list of fields that will be shown when Creating Incident from the mobile app?

Hello @Alon Grod
Go to Navigation > Studio > Open ITSM Mobile Agent.
Search for Applets > open related incident applet.
The Form will open have two related tabs
1. List Screen
2. Form Screen
You can click on Form Screen and add/remove the fields whichever you want into the form.

The List Screen is used for list view of the table in the Now Mobile App.
