How can I copy a default form view and then customise

Hi,

I have trawled this site and haven't been able to find anything to assist...

I would like to create a copy of the default form view for the incident form and then customise it - I was assuming this would be simple, however unless I'm missing something really obvious I've hit a brick wall.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Dan,

I think this is one of the rare cases where the form designer will help. You can open the default view then select "new view...", enter your view name and save, to get a copy of the default view.

you can always open an update set in the scope the view is, update it and see what tables were updated
