Hi, as indicated in my first post, you cannot show a received notification in the activities filter of 2 records, and in order to make details of the notification visible in the second task you would need to update your existing code to include a lookup of your child task, and then populate details onto the work_notes (or comments). Have you tried adding the example code that was previously supplied after the existing code in your inbound action?
