How can I create a demand from a Catalog request?

I'm not at all familiar with the Demand Module, and I'm trying to determine how I can map a Catalog Request to a Demand.   Wondering if anyone has some references or scripts that will help.

Hi Nicole,

You can create demand from catalog request in multiple ways.

- Configure workflow run script to create demand from your catalog item workflow.

- Configure business rule on sc_task table to create demand from sc_task record.

Do you have SDLC implemented in your org?

If yes then you should follow SDLC lifecycle of idea --> demand --> project --> change request.
