How can I disable a keyboard shortcut?

Alt+Gr is a key combination in Poland which is actually a character. in ServiceNow Geneva this opens and closes the application navigator which is quite annoying as you can imagine.

I have raised an enhancement request with ServiceNow as they do not see this as an existing issue. (Although there was no issue in previous versions)

Has anybody got any experience with disabling single shortcuts or all of them?

It looks like Servicenow have provided a solution to disable shortcuts via the cog menu.

ServiceNow initially declined to do anything about this issue despite the fact that is impacting every Polish user. However, I have kept pushing this and hope that they will attempt to find a solution.
