Hi Community
Just wondering where can I see SNMP traps in ServiceNow.
MID server has downloaded MIBs successfully and SNMP Trap collection started as well with no error. We also have Event Management Application activated.
Once the trap is sent from the vendor, Can I see the trap to the Mid server log to the agent\logs folder ?
if not, how do I verify that a trap has been received by ServiceNow?
Thanks
Ak

Hi Pravin,
if you have Event Management application installed, SNMP traps will come to Event (em_event) table. Let me know if you need more details.
Thanks

Thanks Ak, yes I am able to view the events in EM. I am new to this configuration, do we have any document or steps to follow for alert creation from this event?
Regards,
Pravin
