how can i disable 'system status' link on service portal

how can I disable 'system status' link on service portal? I could only see delete option. can anyone help me on this? please refer the screenshot attached

You need to go to Service Portal -> Menus -> Header Menu of your Service Portal and inside that record on Menu Items, just set Active=False to the System Status, see below screen shots:

Navigate to Service Portal -->   Portals --> Select Service PoRTAL


Click on Main Menu --> SP Header Menu. as showwn in below image:

Then... SP Header Menu will open up -->   scroll page a bit down in the related list see below image --> Set System Status to false
