I got Requirement to export a UI Builder from dev to test with out Upadateset ?

It's built in a scoped app? If yes, you can use App Repo, or GIT, or worse case XML.

Open the ui builder record. Right click on the header and export to xml.
Go to other instnace and load it.

we don't have a right click opition or menu for exporting in to xml in ui builder
if you are pretty much sure then can you send me a screenshort for sample one.
