My client has asked us to remove SLA for a catalog item. is it possible? if yes little help would be much appreciated.

Hi Prash4,
Please check SLA definitions, and add the condition to exclude the said catalog item. SLA will not trigger after updated SLA definition.

You can put the exception in the start condition of the SLA.
