How can I get change/custom table approvals in nowmobile app

Hi Team

Greetings..

Implementing the Nowmobile app but OOB only seeing the req/ritm approval so far. tried customizing adding new approvals for Change & custom table approvals but its not working as many dropdown field not working in function/data item etc. Do we have any solution so that we can see Change/other approvals in Nowmobile app in Vancouver release.
