How can I hide an entire catalog for a certain group ?

I have two catalog's on the portal, "Catalog1" and Catalog2", I want to hide the "Catalog1" to all the user's that are in the group "group2" how can I do this ?

Hi @F_bio Santos,

 

I think you may have to apply user criteria to the categories under the catalog you mentioned.

@DanielCordick This is a bit of a late response but could you explain how to apply user criteria directly to the catalog? The article you link to does not cover it and I see nothing supporting that it is possible when I look at the user criteria table and relationship tables.

Hi @F_bio Santos ,

 

In order to hide the catalog item from specific group follow the steps:

1. Open the catalog item > scroll down to the related tab and click on Not Available For.

2. Click on New button, select the group for which you want to hide this catalog item as shown below.
