How can I improve my skill?

I have recently started with application developer program in service now and I want to build an application with it so I can get hands on experience. I need some ideas which will clear my service now development doubts in order to upskill.

The best place is this - Community. To learn and hands on,  start answering the questions what community asked, by this way you will get the real time examples and hands on too.
