Hello everyone,
I have a requirement on the Change Request with type is Emergency at Authorize state. Instead of using the OOB which requires CAB approval, I need to generate approvals to Assignment Group's Manager & Director of the Change Request and to another group. After being approved by either the Manager or Director and one member of the group, the change will proceed to the next state.
I first tried configuring the Change Approval Policies for Emergency type, it created approvals at the same time but the thing happened was it required approvals from both Manager & Director. This didn't work as I wanted so I had to copy the existing flow and customize the approvals.
So here is the flow that I have had:

This can also generate the approvals as expected. However, when I went to approve one of approval from Manager or Director, after that one of them was marked as Approved but the other one did not moved to No Longer Required state and it stayed in Requested, the group approval was triggered fine for only one member needed. Did I miss something? Does anyone have suggestions?
