How can i move the submit and attachment button in a catalog item

I want to move the submit and attachment button from below the text box as when the user types the suggestions appear and the user has to scroll down to click submit.  I would prefer if it it to the right or left of the request.

It is the SC catalog item deprecated widget.  

Any ideas?

Hi,

I would start by looking at the catalog cart layout table. the target type you are going to look at is "browser screen". this is a way to update the cart layouts without causing an issue with OOB ui pages/ui macros.
