How can I put a hyperlink to the service portal request that takes it directly to the Request for its process?

Hello, could someone help me with the following, I need to create a hyperlink in the service portal as in the example
that takes me directly to the Request created for each ticket

Is it possible to do this? If so, how could I configure the service portal?

We can configure this. Because it is OOB, if we configure this widget, It will change Globally.

How to Edit this Widget:-

1. Role: - admin or Service Portal related roles

2. Click Ctrl + Right Click

3. Add href in that link
