How can I remove the Ref number form notifications

Our notifications all dispaly a reference number (Example: Ref:MSG24594014)

How can I remove or hide this?

Go to email properties and untick the box named:

'Create visible watermark in sent email. If false, create invisible watermark via hidden div tag.'

Hi Jon,

In addition to that, click on Advanced view of your Notification > in What it will contain tab you will see a Check-box named Omit Watermark > uncheck that if by default it is checked.

There are updated recommendations for the Watermarks to hide them rather than omit them:
