You need to update the email template.
Is there any difficultly i have to face if i remove that from email?
Atul: Yes, it may impact user experience, where a user is not part of group / service but still get email and cant unsubscribe.
How unsubscribe will work if any user click on that ?
Atul: It will remove user from mail list. Give a try in PDI.
