Hello,
My Help Desk just reset a password and entered the temp password in the Resolution. Then they noticed no email went out to the user. They immediately questioned me and I moderately paniced as I just made a large amount of changes over the weekend. After some investigation, it turns out the user (ITIL user) had turned off this particular notification in his notification preferences.
Having just enabled self-service, I'm seriously debating whether we should even allow users to disable some of these notifications. As I offer the debate to management, I'm trying to figure out how to report on who has turned off a notification? I'm not even sure what table these fall under.
Any help is appreciated!

Yes Scott, what Pradeep has told earlier, that is what you need.
Go to your App Nav and then type in cmn_notif_message.list.
On this list view of the table, you can run your filters.
Thanks,
Subhajit

Perfect
Would you mind marking my solution as correct if that solves your issue.
Thanks,

Hi there,
I'm trying to report on something similar to this. How can I report on users who have removed notifications from their device? The table referenced above seems to only show updates made to notifications the user currently has added to their device.
Appreciate your help!
Thank you,
Patrick
