How Can I resolve readiness checklist error during Discovery implementation.

During the Discovery implementation, I'm trying to resolve readiness errors from the checklist. 

1. When I click on Horizontal Discovery Error, I am getting these error points.

Please help me with this, How I can resolve these all errors.
