How can I send automatic emails with Survey when incident&request are closed?

Hi All, 

How can I send automatic emails with Survey to all users when incident & request state is closed?

How can I set up the email and include the link of the survey within the email sent to all users?

Hi,

There is an OOB notification available.
To send a survey you need to configure the new survey and the trigger condition based on this survey will trigger.
